Post-Match Media Interaction: Stafanie Taylor

DERBY, England- West Indies Women's Captain Stafanie Taylor spoke to members of the media via the virtual media interaction, after the West Indies Women's fifth Vitality T20 International against England Women in as part of the Sandals West Indies Women's Tour of England 2020.

Taylor said, " I thought that today was really exciting, it's probably the first time I've actually played a five-over game... I thought the energy was really good in the field, the fearlessness was really good too when we were batting, really positive, you could see that intent, it's a pity we didn't win..."
Taylor added, " We know that we were coming into England's backyard and it wouldn't be an easy tour. We trained really hard and it's just one of those tours that just didn't go our way. We had a look at some young players, something that we talked about, trying to integrate the younger players as well..."
